All En Suite Guest rooms offer their own private bath, TV, DVD player, mini-fridge, morning coffee & delicious muffins, use of the common areas and reasonably priced at $99/night plus tax, per double occupancy, with a four night minimum stay.
- Check-in & arrival times, unless previously arranged, are between 5-8pm
- To reserve a room we must receive a check or money order for $200.00 with balance due upon arrival
- Checks, money orders, and American tender are accepted. Don’t even think about using a credit card.
- Cancellations with less than two weeks notice of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless we can re-book the dates.
- No refunds for early departures.
- All Rooms & Interior Common Areas are non-smoking by town ordinance-law.
- This year our Deluxe Rose Room, Deluxe Captain Kelley Room, and Snug Cottage are not available for rental.

The Cranberry Room
…Nostalgic memories of visiting your favorite Aunt on Cape Cod and located on ground level with assorted cranberry colors and wallpaper floral patterns. A queen sized metal frame bed and separate wash area from the bathroom ensure older era style comfort.
The Sisters Room
…A pretty room and oh so sweet! This blue & white floral room with two double beds is located at the top of our guest house stairs and is waiting for long sisterly conversations and happy laughter.
The Shell and Hydrangea Room
…Feel tucked away in this cheerfully quaint & cubbied room in blues, yellows with hand painted hydrangeas. Sink into this comfortable king sized bed and forget about the world. Located directly across from the Sisters Room.
